Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms and Conditions
1.Reservation
To reserve the event organization service and your chosen date, a deposit payment of 30% of the total value of the package you select is required.
Payment must be made upon signing the contract and is non-refundable. The wedding is confirmed by signing the contract and paying the deposit. If payment is not settled by the specified date, our service may be canceled. In such a case, all amounts paid will not be refunded.
The remaining 70% of the total value of the package you select must be paid at least one week before the event.
2. Cancellation Policy
Your cancellation is your responsibility. The organizer must be informed in writing of any cancellation, and the next working day is considered the cancellation day.
If you cancel the organization, the following cancellation deadlines and payments apply:
- Cancellation more than 180 days before the wedding: deposit amount
- Cancellation 150 to 180 days before the wedding: 20% payment of the package and deposit amount
- Cancellation 100 to 150 days before the wedding: 40% payment of the package and deposit amount
- Cancellation 99 to 60 days before the wedding: 60% payment of the package and deposit amount
- Cancellation less than 60 days before the wedding: 100% payment of the package
3. Payments and Confirmation
Payment is made by bank transfer to the transaction account. Other payment methods are not possible (credit card, cash, etc.).
Upon confirmation of the wedding date, you will also receive a cooperation contract for signature, which finally confirms the offer for organization. The contract signatory is responsible for all payments. By signing the contract, you agree that you are aware of the terms of business and agree to them.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes before, during, and after the wedding that are due to force majeure (e.g., epidemic). If force majeure affects the organization of the wedding in any way, the client must inform the organizer in writing as soon as possible. The same applies to the organizer. When both parties agree on the situation or if the other party does not respond within 5 days, the obligations of both parties cease until we agree on the conditions of further cooperation.
5. Other
I am not responsible for payments to other providers (caterer, photographer, etc.). A separate cooperation contract is signed with each provider. All reservations that are considered confirmed are confirmed in writing. I do not accept responsibility when we are forced to make changes or cancellations in cases where we have no control over them.
